People having access to your personal data are authorized employees within Oui Care Communication. 

Oui Care Communication may communicate personal data to other legal entities within the Oui Care Group, as well as its contractual partners and service providers, within the limits necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.

How long do we keep your personal data ?

Oui Care Communication keeps personal data for the duration strictly necessary for the purposes pursued, including as described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Oui Care Communication will keep identification data for a maximum of 2 years and technical or browsing data for a maximum duration of 13 months.

How do we ensure data security ?

Oui Care Communication takes all physical, technical and organizational measures needed to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, particularly in view of protecting it against loss, accidental destruction, alteration, and non-authorized access.
